A monthly class providing an introduction to habits that can improve overall wellness. An opportunity to learn about mind, body, nutritional, and artistic practices to enhance one’s daily life. With each class offering different instructions, students enjoy exposure to a variety of wellness methods.

Introduction to different types of healing modalities such as yoga, meditation, art instruction, reflexology, massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping, chiropractic care, Reiki, basic stretching and movement exercises.
