TREASURE ISLAND — The 3rd Annual Health Fair and Trade Show, sponsored jointly by the Treasure Island & Madeira Beach Chamber of Commerce (TIMB Chamber) and Revenue Generating Activities Network (RGA) is set for Thursday, April 18, from 10:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m., at the Treasure Island Community Center, 154 – 106th Avenue, Treasure Island.
The health fair features a variety of free health screenings offered by exhibitors, while the trade show features diverse businesses and services in the community. Individual exhibitors may also offer drawings for goods and services at their tables.
Admission and parking for the health fair and trade show are free to the public, and the first 100 visitors will receive “swag bags” filled with coupons and gifts from area merchants.
An 8’ wide x 10’ deep vendor space is just $50 for members and $100 for non-members, and includes a display table and two chairs. Electrical outlets are limited, and available on a first come/first served basis. Participation in the health fair and trade show is limited to 40 businesses. Set-up begins at 9 a.m. Vendors can use their display space to highlight their products and services, develop mailing lists, conduct surveys, give away products and information, even offer games and prizes.
Each vendor must donate a door prize or gift certificate valued at $25 or more. Door prizes will be presented throughout the event.
